Everyone will find something to suit his or her taste. We would be happy to spoil you with delicious dishes from grandmother’s time: beef olives, pot-roast beef marinated in vinegar and spices with potato puree, traditional Palatinate stuffed pork stomach, creative fish dishes, and bio-seawater king prawns. No-one goes hungry!
There are also unusual dishes. The creative cuisine with its treasury of ideas is always altering the menu. The gourmet will not miss out – lobsters, escargots, and even algae.
The chefs pick their herbs in the herb section of the lovely kitchen garden next to the hotel. And we must not forget the impressive wine list with its selection of local wines.
